1. How long before I receive my order?
Orders are normally delivered in 3-5 working days. We will schedule a delivery date during the approval process. If you have a particular deadline to meet please contact us prior to placing the order so we can guarantee a date.
 

2. Can I cancel an order once it has been approved?
Providing we have not commenced production, yes orders can be cancelled however, there may be a cancellation fee to cover any prepress work carried out or stock return fees etc. We recommend you notify us immediately by email and follow up with a phone call to confirm cancellation.
 

3. I made a mistake when placing the order, what do I do now?
You can simply email us or contact us by phone to make any changes or alterations to your order. In some cases there may be additional fees for any work already carried out.
 

4. What if I cannot find the product / quantity / option I require?
For custom print jobs or any product option you are unable to find on our site, simply send us a quote request with your specifications and we will come back to you with a written quote, in most cases within 24hrs.
 

5. Will you check my files for errors or problems?
Yes absolutely, once your order is placed your uploaded artwork file is flight checked for any potential issues, the file is then verified by one our prepress specialists. The verified PDF is then uploaded onto our portal and the approval process begins.
 

6. I need help with my artwork?
Do not hesitate to contact us at any time with any artwork or prepress queries. We also partner with a number of graphic design and branding companies.
